Orders

To place a custom order, head to our etsy shop and ​follow the Custom Orders instructions. Once that is ​complete, email us with these specific details:

1. Full name and the best way to contact you
   
2. Desired category (woodwork, art print, knitwear, ​etc.)
   
3. Desired medium if art print (ink, acrylic, watercolor, ​oil, pencil, etc.)
   
4. Measurements
   
5. Optional: inspo pictures for reference

Note: Prior to its creation, we will draw a mock-up of ​your design for you to approve. You will not be charged ​the full amount until your approval of the mockup has ​been confirmed. There are no returns on custom ​orders.

Please understand that custom orders will vary in time, ​particularly custom knitwear pieces. Expect most ​custom orders to take between 2-4weeks to complete. ​This does not include shipping expectations.
